Overview

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the xbje online gaming platform, including all games, services, promotions, and features made available via xbje.org. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and xbje ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotional offer on xbje, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the xbje platform. xbje reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, xbje will take reasonable steps to notify registered players. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

1. Eligibility

Use of the xbje platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. xbje reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where eligibility cannot be established.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) opening the account for personal use only.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information when registering, and keep that information up to date.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of xbje or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not be self-excluded from xbje or any other gambling platform under an active self-exclusion period.

xbje takes the 21+ age requirement seriously. If xbje determines at any point that a player was under the age of 21 at the time of registration, that player's account will be immediately closed, any winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits may be refunded at xbje's discretion following investigation.

2. Account Registration

To access the full features of xbje, including placing bets, playing casino games, and claiming bonuses, you must register a personal account. Registration is free and requires a valid Bangladesh mobile number. One account per person — xbje uses mobile number verification to enforce this policy. Attempting to create multiple accounts, whether using different mobile numbers or different personal details, is a violation of these Terms.

KYC Verification

xbje may require identity verification (KYC) at any stage of the account lifecycle — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, when a significant deposit is made, or during a periodic account review. KYC documentation may include a government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of the mobile payment account used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the time period specified by xbje may result in account restriction or closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xbje login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. xbje will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or support chat. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify xbje support immediately at [email protected]. You are liable for all activity conducted through your account until xbje is notified of a security breach and takes action to secure the account.

• Do not share your xbje login details with any other person.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Log out from shared or public devices immediately after your session.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on xbje are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). xbje supports the following local mobile payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. xbje does not accept cash transactions, wire transfers to overseas bank accounts, or payments via methods not listed in your account's payment options at the time of the transaction.

Deposit Policy

Deposits to your xbje account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.
• Deposits are credited to your xbje account balance instantly upon confirmation from the mobile payment provider.
• You may only deposit funds from a mobile payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• xbje reserves the right to set individual deposit limits at any time for risk-management or responsible gaming purposes.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests from your xbje account are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same mobile payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless xbje support has approved an alternative method following a verified request.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to a processing period. xbje aims to process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval, but this is not a guaranteed service level.
• xbje reserves the right to conduct enhanced due-diligence checks on any withdrawal request, including requesting additional KYC documentation, before releasing funds.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

xbje offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in the individual promotion's offer page, which form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms prevail in relation to that promotion.

• Bonuses are credited to your account following successful completion of any required qualifying action (e.g. making a minimum deposit of the specified amount).
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated on each promotion's offer page.
• Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus before completing the wagering requirements of an existing bonus may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except through the permitted wagering process.
• xbje reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus or promotional offer at any time, including after a bonus has been credited to your account, if xbje has reasonable grounds to believe that the offer has been claimed in bad faith, through abuse, or in breach of these Terms.

xbje's bonus and promotion decisions are final. Disputes relating to bonuses should be directed to xbje support at [email protected], where they will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Gameplay Rules

All games available on xbje are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino games, streamed from live studios with real dealers under supervised conditions. Game outcomes are determined independently of xbje's commercial interests. The rules of each individual game are displayed within the game interface and form part of these Terms by reference.

Bets and Results

Once a bet has been placed and accepted by the xbje platform, it cannot be cancelled or changed. Game results are final once the relevant round or event is completed. In the event of a technical failure during a game round, xbje's records will be used to determine the outcome. Where a fair outcome cannot be determined due to the technical failure, all stakes for the affected round will be refunded to players.

Cricket Betting

Sports betting markets at xbje, including cricket betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh national team matches, are offered on a best-efforts basis. xbje reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, and amend odds at any time where required by the circumstances of the relevant sporting event (for example, where a match is abandoned, postponed, or affected by force majeure). Void bets will be refunded at stake value.

Malfunction Policy

In the event of a malfunction of a game's software or hardware, all bets and pays for that game round are void. xbje is not liable for losses resulting from platform malfunctions, connectivity issues on the player's side, or interruptions to third-party live-streaming services. xbje will endeavour to resolve reported malfunctions promptly and communicate outcomes to affected players.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the xbje platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation, and may face permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and recovery of any withdrawals made in connection with the prohibited conduct.

• Opening, or attempting to open, more than one account on the xbje platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any stage.
• Using or attempting to use any software, script, bot, or automated tool to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus offers.
• Using funds obtained through illegal means, including fraud, theft, or money laundering, to make deposits on xbje.
• Abusing promotional offers by creating multiple accounts, transferring balances between accounts, or any other method designed to claim bonus value in excess of what is permitted by these Terms.

xbje cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and financial institutions in cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity. xbje reserves the right to freeze account balances and withhold withdrawals pending the outcome of any such investigation, without prior notice to the account holder.

7. Responsible Gaming

xbje is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. All players have access to the following account management tools at any time via their account settings:

• Deposit limits: set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap on your account.
• Session time reminders: receive a notification after a set period of play to help you track your time on the platform.
• Cooling-off period: temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days).
• Self-exclusion: permanently or indefinitely close your account and prevent re-registration for the duration of the exclusion.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the xbje platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, text, logos, icons, and the xbje brand name — is the property of xbje or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any xbje content without express written permission from xbje.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xbje shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the xbje platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not xbje has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

xbje's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your xbje account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Amendments to These Terms

xbje reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material — for example, a change to deposit or withdrawal conditions, bonus wagering requirements, or eligibility criteria — xbje will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file. For minor amendments (including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications, and formatting changes), xbje may update these Terms without prior notice. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this page. Your continued use of xbje following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of international commercial law and the laws applicable to online gaming operations in the jurisdiction from which xbje operates. In the event of a dispute between you and xbje, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting xbje support at [email protected]. xbje aims to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days. If informal resolution is not possible, disputes may be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules.
